The anode plate of electrostatic precipitator is the core component of the electrostatic precipitator. The acceptance criteria for the anode plate are: straight, high strength, strong rigidity, and not easily twisted. After sales scope: deformation within the warranty period. The domestic universal standard plates for electrostatic precipitator anode plates are C480mm plate and Z-shaped 385mm plate. The company is equipped with two sets of multifunctional anode plate rolling mills and complete molds. It can produce male plates such as C480, Z385, ZT24, etc. (rolling can be replaced).

Assembly steps of electrostatic precipitator anode plate:

During the unpacking and moving process of the electrostatic precipitator panel, ensure that the panel surface is perpendicular to the horizontal plane (A direction facing the ground). It is strictly prohibited to move the panel surface parallel to the horizontal plane (B direction facing the ground) to avoid deformation of the panel.

Before installing the electrostatic precipitator anode plate, the main dimensions and row tolerances need to be measured and corrected. The detection is as follows: length dimension deviation: L-5-0mm; Width dimension deviation: 510-1.0~510+2.5mm; height dimension deviation: 40 ± 4mm; A-direction straight bending: ± 4mm; B-direction flat bending: ± 10mm. The male suspension beam should be flat and straight, with an allowable deviation length of 3/1000 of L in the X direction (only the upper arch is allowed) and 1/1000 of L in the Y direction. The hole spacing deviation of the suspension beam should not exceed ± 2mm. Each row of male plates is composed of multiple ZT24 type male plates interlocked and overlapped with each other, and the flatness of each row of male plates is 10mm.

The entire process of assembling and lifting the electrostatic precipitator anode plate requires completion on a dedicated bracket for anode plate installation. When making a solar panel mounting bracket, please note that the width of the mounting bracket is 3840mm, which corresponds to 8 ZT24 solar panels. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of solar panels assembled, the size and other related dimensions should be adjusted accordingly. The overall rigidity and size of the mounting bracket should meet the requirements for solar panel assembly. The upper and lower ends of the board are respectively suspended and fixed to the upper and lower suspension beams and vibration rods of the upper and lower plates using high-strength bolts. Assembly requirements for the upper and lower ends of ZT24 anode plate: A. Assemble in the order of high-strength bolts+large washers+anode plate+upper suspension plate or lower fixing plate+conical spring washers+nuts; B、 The riveting of the anode plate with the upper suspension plate and lower fixed plate should be tightened with a torque wrench, and the nut should be tightened to a torque of 135N. m. After tightening, it should be welded firmly.

Attention to electrostatic precipitator anode plate: A. The locking force of the bolt connection between the two ends of the anode suspension beam and the shell top beam should be treated differently. Unless otherwise specified, the locking force of the bolt near the flue gas end is 25N. m,. The locking force of the smoke end bolt is 80N. m. B、 The assembled solar panels are moved and lifted using installation brackets. C、 Same distance deviation: ± 10mm.
